penis problem

I have a relatively small penis whish is 5 inches when erect. Though im not worried much about the size, wat worries me is the complete assembly. My testicles are little raised above their usual position, and is ascended most of the time. I am getting erection and sperm secretion is proper. Because the testicles are raised, im not able to wear normal clothes, as the penial area looks very abnormal and some times looks like i have an erection. What is wrong with me, is there any corrective method available ??? Please advice.

Its not cold at where i am currently. Yet, most of the time, my testicles are not hanging an are shrunk. They hang only in the evening time and if i am even a little nervous they go up. Even with boxers,it looks like there is an erection and in some clothes it looks like my small penis is clearly evident, although there actually isnt an erection.
Try wearing boxers and lose fit jeans or shorts. Is it cold were you are, if so may be normal. Might see the personal doctor too and let him/her know about this problem.
