There are condoms that are flavored, like chocolate, banana, passion fruit tastes. When used correctly there shouldn't be any dangers. If you are concerned about it coming off in your mouth or something, just hold it in place at the base of the penis. The dental dams for the women also come in the flavors I mentioned, are safe, and pretty fun to use!
