Infection is still There????

Ok, I went in and was told I had a Yeast Infection. I wasn't satisfied with that answer so 4 days later I went and got a second opinion. She tested me for BV, Trich, Claymidia, and Gonoreaha. She said she saw the Yeast Infection, but said there was another Infection. All the Test came back Negative, she put me on Cipro before she knew the Results. Today Was my Last day on The Cipro and I woke up to the same green/yellow discharge I have been having. I told her and she prescribed Flagyl 3x a day for 7 days @ 500mg a dose.

My Questions are: Could it really be Trich even though she said she didn't see it on the Microscope? I did have anal/vaginal sex so could it be from cross contamination? I am just trying to understand and I am tired of taking tons of Medicines.  I want to be healthy again and have sex with my Husband (if he didnt cheat). What are the chances of having False STD test results? Is 500mg of Flagyl 3x a day too much?

you should never go from anal to vaginal sex without first changing condoms or washing, because this is one of the causes for BV. Metronidazole treats both bv and trich.
