Sleep disorder or a worse problem?

So for the past 2 weeks I've been having a variety of things happen to me while I try to sleep. First, my throat almost feels like it's closing up and I have a hard time swallowing my saliva, and I have trouble breathing through my nose. Another thing that recently happened was, when I layed down my left arm started to get very tingly and it soon spread to the bottom of my face and alittle to my back and leg. Last, most of the time when this happens my heart will beat faster than usually and I feel really sick. This could just be nothing but It sometimes scares me to go to sleep and I would just like to know what's going on.

Go see a doctor. Seriously. Go see a doctor. There are a bazillion things that can cause what you are describing, and there is no way to tell from your description. Go tell your doctor what is going on.
