Nosebleeds daily is not normal and something you should absolutely talk to your doctor about. It could be something as simple as dry air in your home that a humidifier can take care of or something more complex. If your son has a cold, this is another time that nose bleeds happen. But if it has been happening for a long time and continues to, speak to your doctor.
My own son had regular nose bleeds and we saw both our family doctor and an ENT. He had allergies that caused his nose to itch and through the night, he probably did. And this created his turbinates to enlarge in his nostrils. This is a problem. We started him on allergy medicine, did saline nose spray and Afrin nose spray (only for 1 week as that is not recommended for long term use). If it continued, he was on his way to surgery to cauterize the turbinates. Luckily, we got it controlled. He has them infrequently now.
But this is something to start monitoring and follow up with doctor guidance if it continues. Let us know how he's doing.
Some people get daily nose bleeds with no problem. If it stopped bleeding and there is just one episode, I wouldn't be concerned.
