I agree with KatEyes, I think you need to see a sleep specialist and get a sleep study done.
It can be a process of elimination to figure out if your daytime symptoms are due to a sleep disorder or another medical condition. Has your doctor checked you for diabetes, hypothyroid, anemia, and nutritional deficiencies? If the quality of your sleep is poor, increasing the quantity won't make you feel rested, since you'll have just had more poor sleep. If goggling sleep hygiene and implementing suggestions on that topic doesn't help, you may benefit from a sleep study. There are many sleep disorders, a couple common ones being obstructive sleep apnea and limb movements, that can exhibit as you describe, and that's just for starters.
