How long should I wait to take xyrem after smoking cannabis / marijuana?

I've been incredibly stupid and smoked a joint earlier, without putting any thought to the effect it would have on my xyrem intake prescribed for narcolepsy).  I had quite a bad reaction (couldn't walk at one point), so it won't be doing it again. I'm now concerned about how long I'll have to wait until I can use xyrem again. I'm guessing the within 24 hours s a massive no no, but how about the next night (48 hours)? Would this be ok or do I have to wait until it's entirely out of my system? My understanding is that this could be anywhere between 7-15 days. All advice, expertise and experience really, really needed. Thanks

Your best bet will be to consult the prescribing physician, as this person has examined you and knows your unique medical history.
