Hi,
Please consult an orthopaedician for the tingling sensation on your hands.Thoracic outlet syndraome can cause such symptoms. This could well disturb your sleep.Do a blood work.Quit smoking if you are a smoker. How old are you?Do you have a family history of dibetes?Rule out diabetes by consulting a diabetologist if the problem persists..
Goodluck.

Hi Rahul, how old are you, are you a chronic smoker or consume alcohol. it could be due to neuritis or even due to withdrawl symptoms. you do require to get your basic investigation and consult a physician who can evaluate you in systametic way.

hi rahul, your problem require complete clinical evaluation and some test might also be required to make a diagnosis. It could be due to peripheral nerve involvement and there are many reasons for that. Are you a diabetic? Also, are you taking some other medication?
