Seeing things at night

I have been seeing things recently, mostly at night. The other night around 2:00 am I was in bed with the lights off but I was on the phone with my best friend, so I was wide awake. I have very poor vision and I did not have my contacts in or my glasses on. I was in bed and talking and this white smokey mass appeared in the middle of the room next to my door and then hovered across the room and disappeared before hitting the wall. I was very frightened so I quickly turned on my lamp next to my bed and threw on my glasses and looked forward and my t.v. sits in front of my bed and faces me and nothing was in the room except for when I first looked into the t.v. screen(t.v. was off) in the reflection I saw a black sphere move across it. I quickly ended the phone conversation and went and got in bed with my mom.

I have been sleeping with my mom for the past couple of nights and last night I couldn't fall asleep. I was terrified and wouldn't allow myself to drift off. When I would start to I would hear a mans voice in the room and it would pull back to reality. The mans voice is not scarey, but I get frightened very easily. About 30 minutes after that I start to drift off again and then I feel something kind of will me to sit up and as I do I see the same smokey white mass hovering above me. I gasp and and rub my eyes and it disappears. At that point I am too terrified to even attempt to fall back asleep. So I just lay there awake until the morning.

This is becoming a huge problem because I am too scared to go to sleep so I am exhausted all the time and I feel horrible. Can anyone shed some light on what is maybe happening to me or how I can overcome this and get some much needed rest?

wow that is weird..the other night i was watching videos on my phone..wide awake and the lights were off ..i was alone..i sleep in a room where there is no door, so if someone were to turn on the living room light it would reflect into my room..but like i said i was alone..then i had a strange feeling of someone or something in the living room..it was just a feeling..2 seconds later there was a blueish white light shining on the wall opposite the living room, so i was looking right at it..it just stayed there shining for around 5 sec.then it dissapeared..this happened around 5 in the morning..of course i was scared and immediately put my phone down and sat there in the dark until i fell asleep..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

What you are experiencing could be hallucinations and delusions and they can occur with certain medications, stress, sleep deprivation, in certain brain disorders and with schizophrenia or bipolar disorders. You will need to consult your primary care physician for re assessment and he may then refer you to a psychiatrist if needed.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

hi
If this scares you then its not of God just tell it when you see it "In the name of Jesus Christ you leave and never come back here again, this is the House of the Lord and you are not welcome here!!!" Repeat out loud this a couple of times until it goes away. James 4:7 "Resist the Devil and he will flee from you!!!" and pray to the Lord for Strength. I hope this helps you because it has helped me!!! God Bless you and your family

There are many conditions that can cause hallucinations. One of them is mercury poisoning. But there are others. You probably think you are either going crazy or seeing ghosts. I doubt either is true. Go to see your doctor to find a physical cause.
