Sleep Tremors?
My name is Julian and I'm 13, I just had a dream where I was fully aware of the fact that I was dreaming, suddenly I started hearing a loud voice whispering "57-58" or "58-59" I can't remember which numbers. I fell back asleep, but then around 1:00 AM I woke up and my head started shaking rapidly and I couldn't move, I tried to yell but nothing was happening. It's 2:07 and I'm scared to fall back asleep PLEASE HELP.
