Problems related to sleeping disorders, metabolic disorders like anemia can produce symptoms of sleep problems and fatigue. Sleeping disorders like obstructive sleep apnea can produce inadequate sleep, daytime sleepiness and consequent fatigue. Diabetes Mellitus and Hypothyroidism could also cause fatigue. A simple blood test could help detect diabetes and hypothyroidism. Please discuss this with your doctor am sure he will provide further assistance.

Battled this off and on since adolescence....getting extremely worse, i drive to the store but turn around and go home because i don't have the energy to walk around. No medications
How long have you suffered from fatigue? What has changed, are you on some medication like a high blood pressure beta blocker?
If the fatigue is new, what else has changed?
You might have chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue. Or, you might be fighting off an infection.
