issues while i sleep, i think i'm going mad!!!!

for the past 2 nights i have awoken to rips in my sheets, the rips are either very small or like they have been clawed... i have been informed in the past that i fight in my sleep, but this was many years ago, and once my wife said i strangled her while i was sleeping, now with these latest episodes i am becoming concerned... am i loosing my marbles...lol

No there is a name for this but I can't remember what it is called at the moment.

What I would do is go to your doctors and have a sleep test done.

You might want to speak to an expert about this problem. In the first place you want to know what is causing it and, in the second, you don't want it to escalate. I am thinking particularly about the choking episode. Please keep us posted.

Your short post suggests some possible real problems.  I think I'd address the latest issue first:  what are the tears in the sheets -- could you possibly make them with your finger nails?  If not, then what?

You mention a wife, are you still married?  If yes, what does she recall of the night of the sheet episode?
