lack of sleep

im chronic sleepless person, i suffer from poor sleep since im 26, now iam 35
i still struggle with a major depression, anxiety....i only sleep 4 hrs a night
i would like to hear from you, how this situation did affect your appearence
pple often think that im 10years older than i really am....

Check your vitamin D levels with 25OH vitamin D blood test. Low D and low magnesium cause cause insomnia, anxiety, depression, etc.

You want you D levels above 50ng/mL. You can supplement with D3 and magnesium
