Can I know your age ? Is this the first time you are having sleep problems ?
The sleep architecture changes with age. After a particular age, some fragmentation of sleep architecture is expected to happen.
There could be an autonomic dysfunction, as you are sweating a lot. I would recommend that you get a sleep study done to see the sleep architecture.

I`m 24 years old. This started to happend 2 das ago. It has never happend before.

I went to see a doctor and everything was fine. He gave me B6 pills (vitamin B6) and I sleeped like a baby for the last two nights. Thanks anyway.

I dont take the pills any more. I sleep like a baby. I cant sleap just when I know that I`m at work early in the morning. I`m have to get up 2 days in the week at 5 am and that`s when I cant sleep the night before. Do you know why is that? I try but I cant sleep at all so I go to work without any sleep. Any sugestion?

This early morning job / work is disturbing your normal sleep - wake cycle. And you are anxious about getting up early next morning. This anxiety is what is keeping you from a good night's sleep.
Can you try and adjust your work timings ? I guess it's difficult, but when it concerns your health it's worth a try.
Secondly, you may try an anti-anxiety medicine for a few days, just to train your mind. Once the body gets adjusted to this, you may discontinue the medicine slowly.
Please do not try sleeping pills with addictive potential.
