wake up from deep sleep with a headache

i go to sleep and im in deep sleep have trouble waking up and when i do i wake up with a headache, and when i take a nap i wake up more tired. yes, im over weight 5'4" 210 lbs. and i snore. please help

I agree with phoebe.  I had the symptoms you cite and was eventually diagnosed with sleep apnea.

These symptons are indicative of obstructive sleep apnea - especially given your weight.  I recommend asking your doctor to give you a sleep study test (polysomnography) to help diagnose your sleep problems
