yes it is true...it clings to the hair, clothing, inside cars and houses where smoking is happening...not good for children at all...maria

Would your hubby consider covering his clothes while smoking if he's going to be right near your son afterwards? Something that would serve as a smoking jacket.
I wear an old flannel shirt each time I smoke to avoid the clothes reeking. The shirt reeks, but you can just pop that in the washer every few days. That way it's only one item of clothing that smells. Kind of a hassle, but it works for me. I go a little farther than I have just described, but I doubt anyone would do all the silly things I do to avoid smelling like smoke.

What a coincidence that I read this. I was talking with my quit smoking coach yesterday and she told me this type of smoke (on clothes, in cars) now has a name - third hand smoke which can also be dangerous. Try going to American Cancer Society for more information. I bet they have something on this.
