Thank you that is what I figured. Sometimes you see that people just quit enroute to work...ect. Its sad when I wish I would get broncitis for a motivator!!LOL. And Jade59 that's ok this is a stop smoking forum I don't expect sugar and spice! LOL! You both thanks and have a good day. God bless.
I agree with April completely. Morning is when I chose to quit for that very reason.
Sorry, Teetime4u - I was being just being a smart aleck.
I would guess that morning would be best because you've already had 8 plus hours of not smoking while you were sleeping and I would think it would be easier to just continue with it. Just my opinion. :)
I must admit, I'm a little puzzled by your question. You will eventually go to bed at night which means you won't be smoking and in the morning, just don't light up :)
Let me tell you how I finally stopped for good after several relapses the last 3yrs. Just made up my mind! It's very difficult to break such a long standing habit, but just make your mind up you're Done and you will be. Know there will be increased anxiety, but it will even out. Know there will be increased depression at some point, which will also get better. Know it will all take a good year for the cravings to go away - sometimes longer. Some people think after a week it's all over and done with - not so. If you're ready to fight a long fight and Never give up, then let's get started :)
I wish you the very best of luck and we will be here for you if you need us
