perversely proud and equally disgusted....I'm sure you all can relate ; )

I am saving for that trip, no doubt. By next year I should have amassed enough to take the family for my daughter's graduation and then take a little trek besides!

Bosnianworrier, don't beat yourself up...it really is counter-productive. Just promise yourself that if you ever get to that point again, you will reach out and talk to someone. We are always here for you.

I think that we all deserve an atta boy/girl ; )

Okay, so you slipped.  Sometimes it seems we have to prove something to ourselves, yes?

I slipped a couple months ago with a puff and it tasted terrible and oh my, the dizziness.  Just goes to show one really has to "work" at smoking.  It sure doesn't come naturally.

Last 2 days I had 4 cigs each day. Been smoke free 7 months sharp. Man did I regret it. It caused me to puke, headache, dizziness and so on.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Congrats!  Im so proud of you.........I cannot wait to claim that myself....but Im happy with the 99 as of  this hour that I haven't smoked.
