Still Free!!!!

I just wanted to stop by and give my support to everyone who is trying to quit. It has been eight months since my last smoke and I feel great. At first like many of you have said I felt like I was being punished, and it was really difficult to stay away from them. After a while it does get better I promise. I just wanted to wish everyone luck as they start their new journey being a non-smoker.

I don't know think it's ever easy but it does get easier. I look at my quit in increments and when I look back at the last 3 months, I can achnowledge that it was easier then the 3 months before it. Soon enough you will feel the same way, I promise : )

it's been over 6 months for me and I still get cravings sometimes. I wish it was as easy for me as it seems like it is for you.

I have read that when you quit smoking it can cause sleep distrubance, but I think it will go away with time. I remember having trouble also, but I was wearing the patch during that time.
