I agree with the above poster. Ask him to step outside from now on. Not sure if you have children or not but it would benefit them too if they aren't breathing in the smoke in the house.
I quit about 16 years ago but my husband did not. He does, however, take it outside so the rest of us don't have to breathe in the smoke or have it linger in the house.
The first week is the hardest but I found I was more absent mindedly reaching for something to put in my mouth than the cravings, lol.
Just watch that you don't do as I did and gain weight quickly because it's a bear to get off!
I wish you the best on your attempts to get healthier! God bless!
Thanks I am mentaly priming my self for this and know I will be a spaz for about 3 days but in the end it will be worth it. Thank you for your help. God Bless!
I had a similar situation but I was that smoker. For a multitude of reasons I quit smoking indoors. I'm ashamed I did it for so long without a thought for anyone else sharing the space!
Tell hubby to go outside with those butts...if he's supportive, he will have no problem with it...maybe you can quit together?
Good luck!
