weird 'raw' red lines

I am 17 and I have these small red lines in between my scrotum and inner thigh, they seem to look like they are indented a bit and are spreading down the back of my legs (not very noticeable). They kind of look like red scarring and kind of look 'raw' although I've never had them before and only noticed it I think nearly a month ago. I thought if I left them they'd disappear but it seems that it's spreading slowly, any idea what this could be?

I also play rugby, I don't know if its got something to do with sweating as I do live in UAE and it is very humid but I also have had unprotected sex I think about 3 times and did get scared and since then have been wearing protection. Although I had unprotected sex about more than a year ago.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
In all probability this is sweat dermatitis. Keep the area dry, wear loose fitting clothes, and change undergarments at least twice a day. You can apply medicated talcum powder too.
It could also be a fungal infection like tinea cruris.  Many treatment options are there like Clotrimazole 1%, Miconazole nitrate 2%, Tolnaftate 1%, ketoconazole, terfibnafine and Butenafine hydrochloride 1%. Many OTC products containing these salts are available, your pharmacist can help. Try a combination of two and apply until the round marks you see disappear. Continue application for 2 weeks after the marks disappear.
However, since  a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net, please show this to your doctor.
Take care!
