I went to the doctors today to see what they would say about the problems ive been having they said im really depressed nows its just hit me im depressed and i dont know what to do. Should i tell anyone.... i just dont what to do now :/
Depression is difficult and you do need to reach out to others for help. There is a depression community on medhelp that you can look at and ask questions in for support. Also, make sure to talk to your family about this, as their support would help you as well. Take care.
