My period is late, I’m scared?

Hi, I’m an 18 year old female. My menstrual cycle is always regular I track it on an app, 30 days is my cycle. Anyway, my last period was January 9th and lasted 5 days as my period always does and my expected period for February hasn’t come and I’m worried.

I’ve never had intercourse so I know for a fact that I am not pregnant so I can rule that out, for a few days now I’ve been having really bad cramps and sharp pains in my lower stomach just above my panty line and pain in my lower back. Not sure what it could be.. any advice?

Being late can just happen at any time to a woman even if it is rare for her.  Stress, illness, changes in routine, weight gain or loss all contribute to being late.  Hang in there.

I found out it was an ovarian cyst
