Still waiting for period

I haven't started my period yet and I'm 13 1/2
I have vaginal discharge, and breast/pubic hair development. I'm worried that something is wrong because i've gotten cramps, back aches, and headaches, as well as fatigue. When I was 12, I put in a tampon for no reason, so can this have something to do with it? By the way I weigh 96 lbs and i'm 5'2 Thanks!

Putting in a tampon won't have any effect on your cycle.  And sweetpea03 is totally right.  Here where I live in New Zealand, 13 is the average age for a girl to have a period - that means half of New Zealand girls have their period later than 13.  My friend didn't get her period until she was nearly 17.  I had mine when I was 11, and that was considered unusually early.  I know it can feel like you're missing out on something because so many other girls have already got theirs, but years later you'll think back wistfully to that time when you didn't have to worry about bleeding on your knickers and skirt and chair and period pain and pads and tampons and all that stuff.  :)

There is nothing wrong with you. A girl can go up until about age 16 before she starts her period and it can still be considered within the normal range for when she begins menstruation. Everyone develops and begins their period at different times, and it's just taking you a little longer than maybe some of your friends. Try to be patient because it will come.
