My 14 year old is coughing up blood for 6 weeks now and it is getting worse

Her primary doctor sent us to an EMT he scoped her through the nose and looked at her throat everything looked fine. We are now waiting for our appointment with some other specialist. They have done blood work, CAT scan, and x rays of her lungs. They all looked normal. There is white things in her blood I am thinking it was due to her strep throat that started 2 days before all this. She is also getting head achs and having heart burn. Please can you help. Doctors are acting like this is no big deal but it is not getting better. It started off a 1/4 cup of blood now it is 1/2 cup. Please help

Coughing up blood is a definite red flag.  I suggest she visit with a gastroenterologist for any stomach and digestive issues, if she hasn't already, as soon as possible.
