Soreness, bleeding, bruising after masturbation

I am 16 and a virgin. I have only ever masturbated twice and the second time I used two fingers inside my hole and when I pulled them out they were covered with blood. It's been about two days since then and I still have some bleeding. It's not heavy at all and it doesn't look like period blood. I'm also sore. I went and looked in my hole because I was getting nervous and everything was the normal color except for this one purple-ish spot which seemed to be where the blood was coming from. What happened and what do I do? I know it isn't my period because I finished two weeks ago.

i'm assuming you would know if you had torn your hymen which would also cause bleeding and soreness

t it sounds like you might have scratched yourself the skin down there is very sensitive and tears easily so you probably just bruised it and scratched it a little lite bleeding from a scratch down there is normal unless it doesn't stop or gets heavier don't worry try to keep it clean  and give it time to heal you shouldn't have to worry unless it seems like its not healing then go to the doctor maybe be a little gentler next time and make sure you wash your hands before you masturbate you don't want a infection
