Ok, I need to clarify this;

Ever since I was little, I have always had a shrivveled penis. I was told this was becuase I didn't pull on it enough, by my parents some years ago.

Why did it happen and am I stuck with it now?!

Yeah i forgot to mention that bit, Im sixteen......so maybe havn't got to the end of maturity yet....

And yes it does come unshiviveld.

I have three sons and I never tild any of them to pull on their penis, unless you are uncircumsied and your parents meant to pull back the skin for washing. How old are you? doe your penis become unshriveled when erect? if yes you have nothing to worrry about. if you are still a preteen your body is still maturing.
