periods

im 14 years old , and im am getting period cramps and pains that i would usually get on my period, at the moment im not on my period, im worried something may be wrong or is it just naturall. i do have irreguler periods so i never no when i'm ment to be on them.

You are still growing sexually and it may take some time before your periods become stabilized. If you are having severe pain with nausea and vomiting. If the pain is so bad that you are missing school or you are having severe bleeding (changing your pad every couple of hours) then you really should pay a visit to your doctor. The timing of your period should be every 28 days.

This is natural. It could be that you are growing, as in a growing pain. If the cramps last between 1 second to 15 mins, then you are fine. Now, as in pains, where do you get them?

i havent had my period dis month either, so im not sure wads going on either. but i do have irregular periods as well, so is it normal?
