nausea and loss of appetite

I am a 17 year old and I had a bad bike fall a year ago. Since then I have lost a lot of weight. To try and eat makes me very nauseated and sick. I have been given cessamat to see if that gives me an appetite. I find I need to take more and more in a short period of time since starting it. It does not take my nausea away. I still have loss of appetite. I have been to a specialist for tests to do with my stomach. I am asking my doctor to get me in to a neurologist to do a brain scan. My doctor says maybe the part the brain that has to do with appetite was damaged in the fall. If this is the case, is there anything that can help me. I feel sick to my stomach every minute of the day. It affects my schooling and my job. I am desparate to feel better and be able to eat. I have lost a lot of weight. Please email if you can help.
