when in texting at night my eyes
hurt and my eyesight seems to get
blurry.. Is there anything that I can

Have you had your eyes checked lately? That may be a good idea just to see what may be going on and to make sure your eye sight is good. Also, how much do you text? Staring at any electronic screen for a long time can cause strain to your eyes and it would be good to cut back on the time you spend doing that.
