bad circulation? help

Im a 19 y/o college student and I had some uncomfortable feeling in my leg which includes mostly right foot tingling and cold toes. I feel it more so when I am sitting and when I have shoes and socks on whcih Im guessing restricts blood flow even more. I also noticed that if I take walks up steep hills, I have tightening-like pain in my right calf area somtimes but and am unsure if they are related. Does anyone know what this is related to or if i should see a doctor? I need some advice quick so I know if I should stop playing sports or whatever. thanks

check with a chiropractor - the tingling in your leg might be a result of something in your hips or lower back....

well im not sure, because i can't see your leg, but if your leg swells a little or gets puffy at your feet and ankles, you might have some adema that restricting blood flow.

if you want to increase blood flow, i would suggest cardio, and lots of fluids, if you don't have a problem with ademia.  of course, i think everyone should play it safe and always see a doctor when in doubt!
