can lack of sleep cause this?

Hi

Recently I have gone to sleep later and been waking up earlier. I seem to get about 8-9 hrs of sleep everyday. I have noticed that I am always tired and some times get slightly dizzy when I turn my head quickly. Also its been harder for me to concentrate in class. I've been like this for a few months.   Thanks.

I think it's time for you to go into the doctor's and get a full physical done and lab tests to see what's going on. There's so many things it could be. I think it's more than lack of sleep if you're feeling dizzy. Please make an appointment with your family physician and get checked out and let us know how you're doing, ok?
Take care.
