idk if im in the right place..=[ im scared.

Ok. Im a 16 year old girl. i eat really healthy and drink plenty of water & excercise. But i get really dizzy every day. Often (several times a week) i get so dizzy my legs wobble and i black out completely. I have a hard time focusing on things. I used to be able to read, but lately its getting so hard to get my mind to focus on the words. (i recently had my vision checked and they reffered me to a neurologist.) but im scared to tell me mom. I dont want to worry her. Its just getting worse and i know something is wrong. This has been going on for 2 years now but it just recently started getting bad enough to scare me. Now im waking up in the middle of the night and i cant breathe or focus on anything. Can SOMEONE help me...please?

Don't carry this burden alone.  It will only add to the stress you already feel.  If your mom loves you (which I'm sure she does) she will want to know!  You'll feel better telling her.  She'll know what to do.

You need a medical dosctor to answer your questions, in person, and not on a forum. There is an adage called "okums razor" (I may have spelled that wrong). It suggests that the simplist explanation is often the best one. It is not unreasonable for you to have been referred to a cardiologist, however the fact you were not given a cardiac diagnosis nor are you getting cardiac meds it is unlikely this is the problem. You need to request yout medical records by letter and request a formal written diagnosis. If you are feeling dizzy again, lie down on your back and if someone is handy have them elevate your feet about 12 inches and remain on the floor until you feel better. You are of an age where you should be seeing your own lab results and have access to a diagnosis. It is, of course possible that your symptoms have a cardiogenic etiology, but this is unlikely. I know you are frightened, but it's probably (knock on wood) correctable. Talk to your mom and ask her what the doctor said.

K. Well last year i was seeing a cardiologist. Wouldn't he know if it was somehting with my blood? or just the heart....I told my mom that everything had gone away. But its just getting worse. Is there some way i can find out for sure whats wrong without my mom knowing?

Okey dokey. Calm down. The chances are that you have something simple wrong with you, and something that is easily corrected. The most common cause of your problem is iron deficiency anemia. You probably have a low hematocrit. That is a measure of the number of circulating red oxygen carrying blood cells. I'm surprised your physician hasn't ordered this test. There are a few other possible causes that come to mind, but a low hematocrit is the likely cause. It may not be. You need a blood work-up. See your family physician. And cheer up.  I don't think you have anything wrong that can't be corrected.
