vaginal swelling

as embarrassing as this is, i need to know.
i'm seventeen and i've had sex three times in my life.  same boy.  we were both virgins to start, and we use protection.

possibly a day ago i realized that my vagina has a slight tickling itch.  i ignored it and went about my day.
today, the itch was more agressive and persisted throughout the day.  it itched like crazy and when i would scratch it ... it would burn.  annoyed, i went look in the mirror only to find that my lower labia minora was swollen.  both sides were swollen almost to the point where they covered my vaginal opening.  i think the swelling is due to my constant itching.
i'm allergic to Ceclor...nothing else.  i know this isn't an STD.  i know 100%.  and i clean my vagina with "summer's eve sensitive skin" nightly.  

could it be an infection?
too tight of clothing?
does anyone have any idea?

Hi friend, I should let my wife answer this but I may can help. This may be due to intercourse. You do need to go to the doctor , but I might can tell you what it is. This could be from your boyfriend. It does not sound like a STD ; it sounds like he drilled you , too , hard. I know this sounds awkward , but it could be true. If your vagina is tight and probably not use to having something in it ? I would guess his penis would be about 7 inches ( average) . Please tell me what your doctor says. Dr. Clay Ellis

You must go to the doctor, but I can provide some possible causes.
1) Yeast infections can cause labial swelling and itchiness.
2) Did you have sex just prior to the swelling? Sex can cause swelling just from friction.
3) I suggest you don't use any scented products to clean your vagina. In fact, overcleaning it can cause irritation. I just use unscented soap and water. Don't spend too much time cleaning it!

i should add that i've had a very light fever.  99.7 at the highest
i've also had really low temperatures too 97.6 being the lowest
my temperature normally sits around 98.6
