waking up and peeing in the night

Hi,
I'm fourteen and frequently I have been waking up at around 12oclock and then 3ocklock needing to pee.
I am really worried because I am losing a lot of sleep and as a result am really grumpy.
I don't want to go to the doctor, but I just want to sleep though the night.
I have tried only drinking in the morning but it proved ineffective, although I used to never drink water and so never had this problem. It started when I realised at 13 and 1/2 that drinking water was important and haven't been able to sleep through the night since.

Hi i would ask your Parents to take you to the Dr's, not drinking through the day is bad for you cause you need your fluids,
it just may take a water sample and there is your answer,
