Am I pregnant?!what's going on with my body?!

Hi ladies, I'm 14 and I did anal sex for the first time 5 days ago.
After wards I leaked abit and I think I got sperm in my knickers. I think the sperm ended up in the vaginal part of my knickers as it had not dried,
I have been worrying alot that I'm pregnant and so has my boyfriend.
I lost my virginity 2 days ago as well,( we used a condom) I keep feeling sick, needing a wee more, weeing/pooing alot more, eating more/being hungry and had stomach ache a fair bit.
Also, I have noticed that my discharge is lumpy and slighty brown in colour,
I think my cervix has moved slightly to the left as well, could I be pregnant? Or is it too soon to tell? What should I do?!
Also, if I went to the doctors, would they need to see my parents?
Would they need to see them for an abortion aswell?

I am 25 and I have 5 kids & I am pregnant. I got pregnant at 15 for the first time. I am married & we wanted all our kids but I was young. Anyways it is way too soon to tell if you are pregnant. Another issue I want to stress is you might ruin your life if you abort your baby. Think 10 years down the line you may have so much guilt & hate yourself. My opinion is if your pregnant have the baby & give it up for adoption and give it a chance to live. You are sexually active so talk with your parents. I hope eveything works out for you. These events happened 5 days ago and then 2 days ago?  (Or 5 days ago and 2 days prior to that?)  You wouldn't be feeling ANY symptoms yet from pregnancy if nothing happened before a week ago.  An embryo would not even have time to implant yet.

This does not mean it is impossible for you to have gotten pregnant from the travelling semen, but it is simply too early to tell.  At what point in your cycle are you?  (In other words, when was the first day of bleeding, of your most recent menstrual period?)  

I don't know how they do it in the U.K., but in the U.S. a 14-year-old can see her doctor without telling her parents the reason.  However, a doctor would not be able to prescribe birth-control pills or other contraception until the girl was a certain age.  (This might not be true in all cases.  It was true of Planned Parenthood when I was a kid, but times might have changed.)

If you want an abortion, I would be astonished if you did not need the permission of at least one parent, since you are not only underage, but you are way, way underage.

Honey, I guess it goes without saying and I am wasting my breath, but 14 is not an emotionally ready age for having sex.
