Unlikely.  Next time, have him use soap and dry his fingers until they are entirely dry, and then there will be no question.

sorry another thing is that we did the similar thing 1 week ago, where he fingered me without penetration no ejaculation only risk a little pre ejac...and now my lower abdominal has sort of a faint cramp...but my period should be here in a week or two....should i be worried?? im really worried at the moment.

All I can say is that the only option is to take a home pregnancy test if your period is a no-show.  Abdominal cramping means nothing definite, in terms of diagnosing pregnancy.  Why do you keep letting the guy do this, if it makes you think you might get pregnant?  I'd be more worried about getting an infection, but in any case, it's not the greatest idea.
