well with oldet women it is the same, no-one on here can tell anyone of any age if they are pegnant or not, we can tell them theres a chance but like i said thats common knowledge
maybe i shouldnt have used the word "patronising" as its not really
but were not god, we dont know everything, yh its okay to ask if anyones had anything similar, thats what this website is for but just cause someone else might have had something similar doesnt mean the other person has the same if that makes sence?
i hope im not sounding like a b itch cause i dont mean to!
i understand where your all coming from, and everyone has there own opion.
I agree with the answers that are given but older women will post the same question without the same attitude..im not saying everyone does it...its just a sensitive subject to me...i could be overreacting?lol
well, look at it this way...they can get "patronising responses" from us, or they can go to their parents. like heather said, you either test or go to a dr...or you don't.
either way WE don't know you're pregnant, unless you tell us you are...
sandy is right. there isn't much more anybody can say besides "take a test" or "go to the doctors". when they say they're scared to test...what more do they want anyone to say? it's either test and find out or don't test and stress yourself out. when they say they're scared of what their parents will say....well test and find out. it's not being patronising but...pointing out the obvious. nobody can say "you're having cravings that means your pregnant." or "you're breasts are sore you're pregnant". testing = answer.
if someone says they have had unprotected sex and ask if theres a chance they are pregnant, they are going to get a patronising answer cause no matter what age you are you should know unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy,
and the answer to nearly 90% of the questions is "take a test" or "go to the doctors".
i agree with u..im a teen mom and i try to put out my experiances and they come harping on me..i try to get the teens some advice
