is it really implantation bleeding?

hae doc,,

my age : 19 years
status:    married

actually on the 1st day of my periods  would have severe stomach and back pain which usually lasts a day or 2 and the other thrre to four days of my period the pain and bleeding s bearable,,,...and even the bleeding on the first and second day would be heavy,...for the first time now in my life i didnt get any pain on my 1st day(no pain at aall)..and even relatively less bleeding ...i dont undestand what s t??? is it my regular menstrual period bleeding or implantation bleeding??

I have the SAME thing and have been getting my hopes up. My periods have always, since 10 years old, been very heavy but was much lighter and lasted 3-4 daysish, this time.
I highly doubt we are pregnant but I suppose anything can happen, right? (:

If it came at the normal time for menstruation, it is not likely to be implantation bleeding.  Implantation would have occurred already.  That is not to say that women can't bleed when pregnant, because they sometimes do, but just to say that implantation bleeding (almost never seen) is very slight and happens about 6 days after ovulation.  If you think the unusual nature of this period indicates pregnancy, take an early-results home test and see what it says.
