Sleeping Positions

I'm about 7 weeks along and when I lay on my stomach, I get cramps in my lower abdomen. They aren't painful really, but it makes me a little nervous. I haven't been able to get to a doctor yet but I should be going this weekend sometime. Should I be worried about this? Has it happened to anyone else?

With all the changes ur body goes through during pregnancy I wouldn't panic but I would get to the doctor ASAP make sure u tell them about  it.Is say not to lay on ur tummy if its uncomfortable.If the pain gets worse/changes etc go to the ER.

You should really find a doctor asap. It could be anything
