Going to the toilet is a normal function which we all have to do, if going to the toilet for a 'number 2' would affect how it worked then no medications would ever work.

If you vomit or have diarroea within 24 hours of taking the pill then it may not be effective as it may not have had chance to get into your system before it was chucked out in which case you would need to makesure a condom is used and speak to your doctor.

You can go to the toilet for a normal 'number 2' whenever you like when you have taken your pill, and you friend needs to stop giving out false information.

your friend needs to consult with her ob/gyn before giving out medical information. going to the bathroom will not affect your b/c. except of course what you read. and like sarah said....if going to the bathroom canceled out b/c pills there would be a LOT more babies in the world.

If that were the case birth control pills would never work.
