Left testical

Good morning i was diagnosed with a multilobular vascularity lesion back in feburary on my left testicle i havent seen a doctor yet until the end of march the lump went away but now i have marble sized ball of veins in my scrotum and it either stays below my left testicle or goe in between both my testicles when im laying can someeone please explain what this might be

I would ask my doctor if it could be something like a varicocele and if a scrotal ultrasound could be useful in assessing the situation.

Already had a ultrasound done before sir
If it is something new that you are noticing, then I see no reason to not ask your doctor and have another look. If anything it could just bring peace of mind.
Thanms sir but does varicocele only occur above the testicle or could veins ball up underneath the testicle
