Chest and groin pain

I have been diagnosed with a small hydrocele in my left testicle and a  Reticulonodular density in the lower left lobe of my lung. My groin and left tesricle hurt when i either move too fast or any activities such as running or longboarding. also My chest has crushing pains all day , my abdomen , into my sides and back as well. I've lost about 12 pounds . And I lost my appetite for the most part. I feel like there could be something more seriously wrong than just their diagnosis.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
I am sorry you do not have insurance, but a reticulonodular density with chest pain can be either benign (rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease etc) or I can be cancerous (as you have a testicular lump). The testicular lump may be benign and the lung density may also be due to a benign cause, but you need further investigations to confirm that. Try and look around and see if you can come across a clinic or hospital that treats people without insurance at a much lower rate. Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

I went to the er . I don't have insurance so I have to wait for a clinic appt to open and see if they have a urologist specialist . Otherwise a urologist visit is 300$ a visit and I can't do that

Did you go to your family doctor or a Urologist? If you went to the doctor that's okay but a Urologist has more experience in the groin area. I'm not expert but that's who I'm going to see about this lump on my testicle. I'm scared beyond believe.
