Medication dosage and hairloss

Hello,
I am very confused about my newest lab results. They are as follows,
T3 free - is 3.1 range is 2.3-4.2
T4 free - is 0.75 range is 0.80-1.80
TSH is 0.01 range is 0.40-4.50
I have been taking 113.75 mcg of Nature Throid.
My hairloss has been devastating. Does anyone have any advice? Do I need more medicine? Less medicine? My ferritin levels are 97 range is 10-232.
Any advice would be deeply appreciated.

Since you have previous information posted, I suggest that you add this to prior thread so that all important information is in one place.  Then you can request that this be deleted, since it would be a duplicate.
