am gaining weight fast and cant lose them
i have hashimoto thyridist and since i discover it in 2013/2/12 i took 25 micro gram levthyroxine and now i get 50 microgram in 2014/11/09 and again i increase the dosage to 75 in 2015/04/04
still i feel am gaining weight so easily and i notice my chorestrol start increasing i mean total it reached 240
any help guys about what i should last time i check my tshh was 4.5 normal range should be below 2.5

i run everyday 5km in 34 min 4 days a week

i drink beer 4 days a week amount 6 can 30cl

Have you had Free T3 and Free T4 tested? Those are the actual thyroid hormones and are more important than TSH. If you've had those tested, please post their results with reference ranges.
It sounds like your thyroid medication dosage is probably still not high enough. When your dosage is optimal, you should be able to lose weight, even though you may have to work at it.

High cholesterol and weight issues are both signs that your thyroid medication dosage is not high enough, but it's hard to say without the Free T3 and Free T4 tests. Be sure to get the reference ranges from your doctor, as well as the results, because ranges vary lab to lab and have to come from your own report.

There's nothing wrong with the way you're responding to the levo; your aren't converting the FT4 to the active FT3... Your FT3 is very low in the range and FT3 is what correlates best with symptoms.
You should ask your doctor to add a source of T3 to your regimen. You can get T3 in the form of cytomel or it's generic counterpart, liothyronine.

Your TSH is higher than it should be... it should be less than 3.0 and without Free T3 and Free T4, it's almost impossible for us to tell what's going on.
If your doctor says there is no need to look at Free T3 and Free T4, that only shows how little understanding she has of treating thyroid conditions. I'd recommend a different thyroid doctor asap. You don't have to have an endocrinologist, but you do need a doctor who understands that treating a thyroid condition entails more than testing and trying to regulate TSH...
