Dealing with the va

My Tsh is 1.9 and my FT4 is .075 is it possible to have problems with my thyroid and have these numbers I don't think they are being strait with me. Why is it every thing we try I hurt every day and I can not loose wight. And tired , I don't even want to talk about it. Please help
