Can anyone tell me what my test results mean?

Can anyone tell me what my test results mean? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have all the problems of hypo...., always tired, weight gain, hair falling out, no sex drive, skin dry, depressed, can't remember anything,low body temperature, the list goes on and on....help please. Hypo runs in my family.
My TSH 18 months ago was 3.053
My new test for Nov 08 is as follows:

TSH 2.034                    
FT4 direct 1.26                       reference interval - 0.61-1.76
T3 Triiodothyronine 159            reference interval - 85-205
Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy 26.7     reference interval -  32.0-100.0

Thank you so much for your help. I'm sure my doctor will say once again "normal" reguardless of how I feel. He'll just tell me the vit.D is all I need......I think I'll just find a good dr that will treat me for my hormones and the thyroid hormones....minnie

Please read my note to Erica1121, just above, regarding free T3, and the importance of getting it into the upper part of its range.   Many doctors would look at only the test data you show above and conclude you are "normal"  With all your symptoms and with hypo t in the family, it appears you badly need a good thyroid doctor who understands this and will prescribe the meds. you need.  Vitamin D is also very important for the immune system and it looks like you would also benefit from daily doses, even double doses, until you get that level into the upper part of its range.
