Elevated TG antibodies

My daughter just had a full range of thyroid levels done and everything was in a normal range except for the thyroglobulin antibodies. They were 9.9 and according to the scale should be under.9.  What could this possibly mean? She is a 36-year-old, very healthy slender mother of two small children. She eats a very healthy diet. Doesn't drink. Doesn't smoke. Doesn't do coffee

You mentioned several symptoms that can be related to hypothyroidism.  Also, her FT4 is only at 45 % of its range, while FT3 is only at 25% of its range.   Taken together these are what is needed for many people to feel normal.   for further evaluation I'd like to ask her which, if any, of the following symptoms typical of hypothyroidism, she seems to have?

Tiredness.
More sensitivity to cold.
Constipation. (needs to use laxative or fiber)
Dry skin.  (needs to use skim creme)
Weight gain.
Puffy face.
Hoarse voice.
Coarse hair and skin.
Muscle weakness.
Muscle aches, tenderness and stiffness.
Menstrual cycles that are heavier than usual or irregular.
Thinning hair.
Slowed heart rate, also called bradycardia.
Depression.
Memory problems.

Sorry, I left out word,.   Should read, "Taken together, these are lower than what is needed for many people to feel normal."

From what you have said, why did she have thyroid tests done?  Just being in range is an inadequate description.  The ranges are too broad, due to the way they are calculated, and everyone can have different levels at which they feel normal.  So please post her thyroid test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report.  Also, please tell us about any symptoms she has.

I don't know if this makes any sense because I just have a PDF of the results but I can't post that here... She's been having a lot of issues having to do with swallowing and exhaustion and irritability. Her symptoms started after the birth of her first child so it's been ongoing for 6 years. She's been trying to get answers as to why she doesn't feel right.
