eye problems from graves disease
After all these years, are there any promising treatments for the bulging associated with graves disease? It would be nice to have some hope for a reversal of this condition.
Funny you should mention that. I just got diagnosed by my opthamologist for TED. He is sending me to a consultant, I think there have been things that could be done to help alleviate the symptoms, not sure and I will not know about any of it until I see the guy in two weeks. He is some kind of neuro-opthamologist.
For the moment my regular opthamologist told me to use artifical tears just about every 15 mins, and eye oniment before going to bed, stay out of the sun and avoid wind, all kinds of fans.
Both of those you can buy at a local Wal-Mart, Wal Greens, CVS. Do not use Visine...
