Glowing in the dark

     Took the RAI  at 1pm today.  Wish i would glow in the dark, so i could play a game on some kids, but that isn't going to happen. What a shame.  Oh well will be alone a lot for the next 4 days.

     Am eating my hard candy. It sure does make one salavate.  Am waterloged. But doing fine. I am very nervous today.  So guess thyroid is still working overtime.  I hope this sour candy doesn't make me sour. LOL

Sour candies stimulate your saliva glands. The radioactive iodine tends to settle in those glands if you let it.

You want to flush the saliva glands frequently, just like the water is flushing your kidneys.

If you don't have some, figure away to get some right away. Today. If you have hard candy that is not sour, that will do. The sour just works better.

Don't wait till tomorrow. It's kind of important.

I had RAI on the 6th of this month. My hubby asked me over the phone, "So, did you demagnetize your credit card?" or "Don't go to Walmart, you'll set the alarms off." Oh, he thought it was hilarious.....
